1. About us
This website is operated by Grey Falcon Travels Limited, registered in England & Wales (company no. 12897001). We act as a travel agent, arranging flights, accommodation and holiday services supplied by third parties (airlines, hotels and other providers).
2. Prices shown on this website
All prices on this website are indicative “from” prices per person, include our service margin, and are subject to availability and change. No price on this website is a contractual offer. Your exact, bookable price is always confirmed to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) before any booking is made, and no payment is taken through this website.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry places no obligation on you and takes no payment. A booking is only made once you have accepted a written quote and completed payment as agreed with us. Each supplier's own terms (including the airline's conditions of carriage and the hotel's policies) also apply to your booking and will be made available to you.
4. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rights and fees depend on the fare and rate booked; these are set out in your written quote before you commit. Where suppliers charge for changes or cancellations, those charges are passed on, and a cancellation fee for each booking may apply as stated in your quote.
5. Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for ensuring all travellers have valid passports, and any required visas and vaccinations. We are happy to provide guidance (including for Umrah visas), but requirements are set by the relevant authorities and can change. Check gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before travelling.
6. Our liability
We take care in arranging your travel, but as agent our liability is limited to matters within our control. The supplier is responsible for providing the travel services booked. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Website content
Content on this website is provided in good faith and updated regularly, but we do not guarantee that every detail (e.g. hotel facilities) is current at all times. Destination photography is illustrative.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Last updated: July 2026.
